SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped US Postal from Huntington Beach CA and typically ship within 1-2 days to California and around 5 days to East Coast. Orders placed with International shipping destinations will be subject to charge and will vary based on region and weight. If you wish to receive your order faster, you may upgrade shipping for additional cost.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited Shipping incurs additional costs depending on speed chosen at the time of order. Expedited shipping only delivers Monday-Friday with the exception of recognized holidays. If your order is placed during the weekend it will ship out that following Monday. Expedited shipping can vary 1-2 days depending on your location.
DELIVERY
Domestic Shipping items will be delivered via USPS to the address provided at checkout. Orders over $300 will require signature confirmation unless this option is explicitly waived by customer. The customer is responsible for securing package after delivery and assumes responsibility for any package that is reported stolen or lost when tracking information shows successful package delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship same day and orders placed after 12pm PT may ship next (business) day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase.
KYA swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Additionally we have the right to refuse any order placed on our website.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
RETURN POLICY
REFUNDS:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or exchange. You may return your item(s) within 14 days to receive a full refund (minus expedited shipping charges) Begin the return process at https://kya.loopreturns.com/#/ and a shipping label will be provided to you once return process is completed. This does not apply to items marked Final Sale.
If you decide to use the label provided by KYA, a small fee may be deducted from the refund amount (disclosed before completing return). You may also ship using your own method for a full refund at no charge.
EXCHANGES:
You may exchange an item by visiting https://kya.loopreturns.com/#/ and selecting the "Store Credit" option. A prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost to return item(s) back to KYA swim. Once we receive your returned items to our warehouse, a unique Store Credit code will be sent to your email. You may use this code to freely shop the site and repurchase the desired item (size/style/color).
IN A RUSH TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE?
Complete a return visiting : https://kya.loopreturns.com/#/ for "Refund" and create a new purchase for the correct item(s) on www.kyaswim.com. You will be required to pay the Refund Label fee but your new order will be shipped out much quicker than through the normal Exchange - (Store Credit) process.
**Please note Marked Sale items and item(s) bought with a promo code of 30% and higher are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged**
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
We accept International returns/exchanges, however the customer is responsible for return shipping/handling charges and return shipping labels are not provided. Customer must present a tracking number in case of any lost/stolen package as KYA is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
